Babbington Rescue was establish in February 1993, catering for stray and abandoned dogs. We have a none destruction policy with an average re-homing rate of over 750 dogs a year. We have found homes for nearly 10,000 dogs, who, through no fault of their own, have come into our care.

We are continually looking to re-home our dogs and invite you to enquire about the animals we have in our care, all looking for someone to offer the love and attention they crave for.

Speying for a bitch is £85 Neutering for a dog is £55. We are supported by Pets At Home (Giltbrook) and you will recieve a 10% off voucher when adopting a dog.

HOW TO REHOME A DOG
Once you have found a dog you like, you then fill your details in for that dog. If the paperwork looks ok then we send out the local Dog Warden to do a home check. Once you have passed the home check you may rehome the dog for a set rehoming fee.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DOG DOESN'T SETTLE?
If you find you have made a mistake and need to bring the dog back to us then in the first 3 weeks, ring and talk to us and we should be able to take the dog back if we have space.

If over 3 weeks it is very limited as we are full 98% of the time due to people buying dogs and not knowing how to handle them or just not wanting to look after the dog any more. A DOG IS A LIFETIME COMITTMENT NOT JUST FOR A YEAR OR TWO, WHILE IT IS CUTE AND WELL. On average a dog will cost you £10,000 in its lifetime, can you afford that?

OUR VETS SCARSDALE
A Veterinary Hospital is a Veterinary Practice with a great deal more. Hospitals are the only practices which are inspected independently to ensure that they match the stringent requirements set by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, our governing body. This is your guarantee that your Veterinary Hospital meets the highest standards for Veterinary Premises in the UK.

The standards cover a wide range of areas from the hygiene of the reception area, to nursing staff being on duty 24 hours each day of the year; from providing an isolation nursing care area, to monitoring anaesthetised patients. Most Veterinary Surgeons are under no obligation to provide these extensive facilities. They have chosen to meet these standards and to face regular re-inspections, because they wish to provide the highest standard of practice for your pet.

You can also expect the same high level of care in the treatment of your pet, both in sickness and in health. It is important to remember that a Veterinary Hospital also provides the routine care, health checks and vaccinations for your pet. As a valued client of this practice you will know that your Veterinary Surgeon has the backing of all the facilities of one of Britain's Veterinary Hospitals whenever the need arises, throughout your pet's life.
