We are getting ready for Christmas here at the kennels, as for unwanted dogs this is a bad time of year. In Dec 07 we recievd 23 abandoned puppies and 47 abandoned adult dogs, and Jan 08 we recieved 59 abandoned dogs. So any bedding or food you can spare for our dogs for Christmas would be greatly recieved. Volunteer dog walkers always welcome. Also we are in need of your unwanted bedding and dog food to help us keep the rescue going, as every little helps. We are open 10-12.30 and again 1.30-3pm, 7 days a week please feel free to come and visit in these times. Appointments are not necessary.

Babbington Rescue was establish in February 1993, catering for stray and abandoned dogs. We have a none destruction policy with an average re-homing rate of over 750 dogs a year. We have found homes for nearly 10,000 dogs, who, through no fault of their own, have come into our care.

We are continually looking to re-home our dogs and invite you to enquire about the animals we have in our care, all looking for someone to offer the love and attention they crave for.

We have an onsite shop at Babbington Hall and for your convenience we will shortly have a number of pet products for sale on our website.

We are a non profit organisation, were ALL our profits go striaght to our dogs to pay for Vaccinations, any operations needed, to help spey/neuter, microchips, feed, heating, water, bedding, staff etc etc. We can prove this as well not like some rescues.

We also have boarding facilities to look after your dog while you are on holiday. Babbington Hall Kennels and Cattery provides accommodation suitable for all sizes and numbers of dogs together with a cattery.

The kennels have suitable accommodation for all sizes and numbers of dogs including quiet areas for the older or nervous dog.

The cattery is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. All rooms have a large sleeping and feeding shelf, chair and range of toys. You can bring your own bed or we can supply a bed or igloo. Why not visit our website HERE.
